Since
I was a little girl I always saw my grandma as my beauty instructor and
frequently I hear it say that she religiously used to drink warm natural
water with a few drops of lemon juice first thing in the morning.
Advice that maybe I don’t follow exactly as she used to, because geting up in the morning is not my strongest quality, but when I follow this
amazing advice I noticed great changes on my body.
So
here I left this tip from my amazing grandma and all the benefits why we should
do it.
Very
simple, before any food you can eat, you should boil a just a little bit of
natural water (no hot water, must be warm) and squeeze the lemon juice of half
fresh lemon.
The
reason the water must be warm and not hot is because the body takes longer to
assimilate the hot or cold water, because is not in the same temperature of the
body.
1.- Helps in the digestión.
Plus
it helps whit the indigestion symptoms (because yes those tacos where
delicious, but we cannot even breath), heartburn, burping, and abdominal
distension.
2.- Is
a natural diuretic.
The
lemon juice increase the pee volume, so every time you run to the bathroom you
will be removing toxins quickly.
3.- Helps
in tissue regeneration.
The
vitamin C is an essential nutrient that helps to regenerate the tissue in wounds
and maintain or bones healthy and cartilage.
4.-Forget
about your cravings
The
lemon contains a fiber called pectin that helps to combat your cravings because
gives you the feel of real satiety.
Ok maybe wings from time to time doesn't kill nobody
5.- Improve your HP
Could
be sound strange to think about, but lemon is one of the most alkaline and
complete food, the lemons are acids by themselves but inside the body they are
metabolized as alkaline and doesn’t generate acid in the body.
6.-And
best of all lemons gives you the best skin.
Again
the alkaline properties are the responsible, because destroy the bacteria that
cause acne.
